Chad Kittrell is a Florida native with extensive experience in multiple disciplines in the real estate field. He purchased his first home at the age of 19 and fell in love with how the process worked. Since that initial home purchase, he has bought, sold and developed over 50M in investment property over his 20 plus years in the industry. Using his financial background as a Private Banker for affluent clients, Chad prides himself in creatively getting challenging deals done that many brokers reject.
