Jana Matt found her passion for real estate while obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.  She was introduced into the real estate industry at a young age by her parents who bought and sold homes all over the Tallahassee area giving her personal insight about the industry. Having worked in the hospitality industry for years, has instilled in her the importance of customer service and communicating effectively. This experience has given her the ability to understand all perspectives and act accordingly to those views resulting in achieving desired results for clients.

Jay Long has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. He currently holds real estate broker licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama and is also a licensed/ certified building contractor in Florida, specializing in the North Florida area.
